Germany has reaffirmed its continued support for holding free, fair and transparent national and local elections in Libya.
This came during the participation of the Deputy Ambassador of Germany to Libya, Sven Krauspe, in the council meeting of the United Nations Development Program’s Promoting Elections for the People of Libya (PEPOL) project held at the headquarters of the High National Elections Commission.
“We strive to enhance democracy and enable peaceful participation for the Libyan people”, said the Germany ambassador on his X platform.
