The Moroccan online news website Hespress has reported that the political parties in Libya, represented by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aguila Saleh, and the head of the High Council of State, Mohammed Takala, are currently holding consultations to hold a new round of discussions in the Kingdom of Morocco.

The newspaper added, quoting an official Libyan source, that the meeting is expected to take place in the coming days, but a date has not yet been set for it at this moment, indicating that the meetings that Morocco will host come in the context of an attempt to activate the five-year plan and the negotiating table proposed by the UN envoy Abdoulaye Bathily.
