Second Deputy Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR), Misbah Douma, has met with directors of branches and offices of the National Council for Public Freedoms and Human Rights in the southern region.
The meeting discussed challenges and progress of work in the region and reviewed the latest developments in human rights.
Douma praised the "significant role" of the council and emphasized its importance in enhancing human rights in the country.
