The representative of the Libyan mission to the Fourth Committee of the United Nations General Assembly, Marwan Bousriwel, has called for the development of human resources, improving information systems in developing countries, and supporting the continuation of practical training programs locally and internationally.
In a speech before the committee, Bousriwel urged the Department of Global Communication to use all languages equally to convey the voice of the United Nations and target broad segments of local communities such as youth and civil society organizations to a deeper understanding of the purposes and principles of establishing this organization.
