The World Bank Group has ranked Libya in 185th place out of 190 countries in its report on the Ease of Doing Business Index for 2018.
The report published on the World Bank website determines the appropriateness of the regulatory environment to start and manage local companies.
According to the classification, Libya was just five places away from being at the bottom of the list, after Yemen, southern Sudan, Venezuela, Eritrea and Somalia.
