Libya has expressed reservations about the Arab League's decision at its regular meeting held on Wednesday in Cairo, related to the "Turkish interference in the internal affairs of Arab countries", saying it is a clear double standard, according to the Libyan Foreign Ministry.

The ministry said in a statement issued yesterday that "The resolution issued by the Arab League condemns Turkish support for Libya, which was approved by the legitimate government; at the same time, it justifies the intervention of Arab countries, despite that their interference includes bombing, killing innocent people, and destroying facilities."

The ministry emphasized that Libya rejects the resolution and is merely an account-settling, between specific Arab countries and Turkey.
