The Head of the High Council of State (HCS), Mohamed Takala, convened on Saturday with the Malaysian Minister of Higher Education, Zamri Abdul Kadir Deh, to discuss facilitating procedures for Libyan students seeking to enrol in Malaysian universities.
The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of Takala's participation in the third Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Antalya, Turkey, also explored ways to enhance scientific cooperation between the two countries, a statement by the HCS said.
Several high-ranking officials were present at the meeting, including the Malaysian Ambassador to Turkey, Sazeli Kamal, the Minister's Advisor, Azlinda Azman, the First Assistant to the Minister of Higher Education, Noraldin Mat Daud, and the Vice-President of the Northern University of Malaysia, Mohamed Sakdan.
