A group of Libyan deputy public prosecutors has completed a specialized training course at the French School for the Judiciary, focusing on international cooperation and the fight against organized crime.
According to Libya’s Office of the Public Prosecutor, the program provided participants with insights into the French legal system, covering key areas such as financial crime investigations, asset tracing, special investigative techniques, and joint investigative teams. Experts from European Union judicial and law enforcement agencies also contributed to the training.
The initiative is part of a broader capacity-building program, with a follow-up session planned in Libya at the Criminal Research and Training Center. The move aligns with efforts to strengthen Libya’s judicial sector by integrating international expertise into local training programs.
