The member of the Constitution Drafting Assembly (CDA), Daw al-Mansouri has called on the Military Prosecutor to open a transparent investigation regarding the statement of the spokesman of Haftar's forces Ahmed al-Mismari in respect to the CDA.
"Al-Mismari's call to reject the constitution and not to return to the constituent body is a constitutional amendment carried out in his media capacity without regard to any other authority,” Al-Mansouri remarked.
Earlier, Al-Mismari described in a press conference the CDA as "miserable and does not meet the aspirations of the Libyan people," adding that the referendum law was passed by the House of Representatives in an unacceptable way, as he put it.
