The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Menfi, chaired a meeting for sovereign institutions in Tripoli. The meeting was attended by the Head of the High Council of State, Mohammed Takala, Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, and the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir.

The attendees agreed on the need for the High Financial Committee to quickly carry out its tasks in a way that would achieve justice and transparency, as well as to implement the policy of unifying and integrating institutions.

The media office of the Head of the Presidential Council said the meeting “discussed ways to protect the political process and enhance political, economic and financial stability through consensus and dialogue mechanisms to reach elections.”
