Ministry of Interior of the Government of National Unity has announced that it conducted security patrols along some sectors of the Libyan-Tunisian borders.
The Ministry confirmed through its media office that Border Guards ran patrols at Al-Assa border security sector, from the Ras Jadir area up to Al-Assa area, on the Libyan-Tunisian border.
It pointed out that the patrols set up checkpoints on the road linking the areas of Al-Raqdalin and Al-Assa; in line with the security plan drawn by the Command of the ministry’s Border Guards.
