The Minister of Social Affairs, Wafaa Al-Kilani, has discussed with representatives of UNICEF in Libya training and technical support programmes for the ministry and opening new horizons for cooperation between the two sides in service of children in Libya.
This came during her meeting with the Representative of UNICEF in Libya, Michele Servadei, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of a number of ministry officials.
The meeting dealt with the terms of the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides and the joint programs implemented by UNICEF in Libya, such as the Bayti centers to accommodate children to be opened soon, which UNICEF established under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
