The head of the Administrative Committee in the Man-Made River Authority (MMRA), Ahmed El-Deeb, announced the return of water pumping to the city of Benghazi, starting from Monday.
El-Deeb indicated that the MMRA will start feeding the areas and cities located between the city of Ajdabiya and the Selouq reservoir, according to the natural rates, according to the MMRA Facebook page.
This comes less than a week after the completion of maintenance work for the Ajdabiya - Benghazi line, which was damaged following an explosion in one of the water lines near the Zueitina area, east of the city of Ajdabiya.
