Motorcycle enthusiasts in Tripoli have launched a campaign to raise awareness of the importance of blood donation, especially during this challenging time the country is experiencing, following the war ignited by Haftar.

One of the campaign's organizers, Ziad Bugoula, explained that the move came in cooperation with the National Blood Bank after they had learned from health officials about a shortage in blood supplies, due to low donor participation.

Bugoula asserted that their goal is to spread the culture of blood donation among various segments of Libyan society and be a role model, especially for young people.

The motorcyclists donated blood at a mobile health vehicle in front of Tripoli's Port, before parading through the streets of Tripoli.
