The National Oil Corporation (NOC) has launched a training program for graduates of oil majors with the aim of enhancing the technical and managerial knowledge and skills of more than 7,000 graduates.
The NOC explained that the first phase of this program aims to train 120 graduates from the city of Tripoli and 90 graduates from Benghazi, in addition to 60 graduates from the city of Sebha.
The trainees were distributed into groups to receive courses in the English language and computer technologies after they have done a placement test.
