Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Farhat Bengdara, announced on Monday a training program for graduates of oil-related disciplines with an opportunity for more than 7,000 graduates from across Libya.

All those who pass the training program will be appointed to the oil companies, Bengadra said during a meeting at the NOC's HQ in Benghazi, noting that the accepted applicants will receive a monthly grant of 1,000 dinars during the training program.

He said that by investing in young people, we could build a generation capable of bringing positive change to the sector.

"Our goal is to cultivate ambition in these graduates so they can lead the sector in the future." Bengdara disclosed.
