Foreign Minister, Najla Al-Mangoush received on Wednesday, the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Farhat Bingadara to talk over external agreements in the oil and gas field.
A statement by the Foreign Ministry said the meeting discussed support for the NOC to activate agreements with international companies in order to increase oil and gas production and help stabilize the sector.
Libya's production of oil exceeded 106 million barrels in three months, while gas production surpassed the three billion mark during the same period, according to the recent NOC's data on Wednesday.
