The Ministry of Local Governance launched the National Inquiry Service on Saturday to gather Libyan citizens' opinions on the government's plans to lift fuel subsidies.

The first phase includes sending text messages with a link to over 561,000 citizens, allowing them to interact with the questions presented.

According to the ministry, more than 1,200 local community leaders across all regions of Libya have begun reaching out to citizens in their areas to fill out the National Inquiry form.
