The Libyan Cases Department announced that the Paris Court of Appeal recently delivered a ruling invalidating the Turkish company "Gorç" lawsuit against Libya.
The lawsuit challenged the ruling rejecting the company's claims of 190,700,747 euros.
The court ruled in Libya's favour for legal fees amounting to 1,400,000 euros.
