The Russian Embassy in Tripoli has denied what was circulating by the American and European media about the Russian Wagner company, indicating that these reports are baseless.
The embassy explained in a statement that the report titled “All Eyes on Wagner” is considered another Western intelligence production aimed at distorting the image of Russia and the “Wagner” company.
The embassy denied the allegations of the Italian newspaper La Repubblica about the presence of Russian combat aircraft at the airport on the island of Djerba in Tunisia, which neighbors Libya, stressing that these allegations are baseless and come within the framework of the political directives followed by the Western media to distort Russia’s image.
