The South Tripoli Court of Appeal issued a ruling on Wednesday rejecting the appeal submitted by Khaled Al-Mishri against the verdict in favor of Mohammed Takala regarding the presidency of the High Council of State (HCS).
The court upheld the contested ruling and ordered Al-Mishri to cover the legal expenses.
As a result of this ruling, all legal effects of Al-Mishri’s appeal are nullified, reaffirming the legal status of the HCS as determined by the court.
