The director of Bir Al-Ghanam village hospital has received a ten-year prison sentence, the Public Prosecutor's Office confirmed on Wednesday.
The office also announced the imprisonment of five other hospital officials for one year upon a decision of the Criminal Department of the Tripoli Court of Appeal.
The ruling obligates the convicts to return over 900,000 dinars after they faked official documents stating their reception of medical equipment, contrary to the truth.
