Tripoli Security Directorate condemned Monday what it described “the suspicious movements that aim to shed more blood and undermine state institutions,” calling on Tripoli citizens to stand against to the "conspiracies" and protect their capital.
In a statement, the Directorate insisted that there can be no return to armed manifestation inside the city under the pretext of securing the capital, warning warlords not to dare enter Tripoli by force.
The statement emphasized that “the Directorate will stand firm to protect the capital against the agendas of enemies and those of narrow interests."
