A Tunisian court has rejected a lawsuit filed by a group of teachers who worked at the Libyan School in Sfax against the Libyan Embassy.

The Libyan Litigation Department announced that the Foreign Disputes Division had managed to secure a favourable decision for the Libyan state, thereby avoiding a loss of one million and seventy-two thousand Tunisian dinars.

According to the Litigation Department, the Tunisian court ruled to reject the lawsuit the group of teachers filed against the Libyan Embassy. The plaintiffs had sought financial compensation, claiming that they were owed unpaid wages after their services at the school were terminated.
