Tunisian President Kais Saied will arrive in Libya tomorrow, just days after the Government of National Unity was sworn in to replace the Government of National Accord.

The Tunisian Presidency said in a statement that the visit falls within the framework of Tunisia's support for the democratic path in Libya and to build bridges with the new leadership in the neighbouring country.

"The visit will reinforce the outstanding and distinctive relationship between Tunisia and Libya and set the basis for a comprehensive and coordinated action of solidarity that meets the aspirations of both nations for stability and development," the Tunisian Presidency said.
