The Graduate College of Security Sciences has convened with a delegation from the University of Tripoli to discuss the terms of a twinning and joint scientific cooperation agreement.
According to the Interior Ministry, the delegation included the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Tripoli, Dr Salem Farhat, the Faculty's Deputy Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr Hossam Al-Haj, and the Head of the Graduate Studies Department, Dr Seraj Al-Kilani.
The step aims to enhance partnerships and promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise between local universities as a first phase before moving on to cooperation with leading international universities.
