The United States Air Force is carrying out aerial operations in Libya aimed at strengthening military integration between the east and west, enhancing air defence capabilities, and improving air traffic monitoring, according to the US Embassy in Libya.
In a statement, the embassy described the initiative as a significant step towards unifying Libya’s military institutions.
It reaffirmed Washington’s commitment to Libya’s stability and unity, emphasizing that US-Libya defence cooperation would contribute to stronger security for both nations.
