The US Special Envoy to Libya, Amb. Richard Norland, has reaffirmed the United States’ commitment to support Libyan efforts to achieve their aspirations by choosing a unified government that guarantees equal development for all regions of the country.
On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of the revolution, Norland called on all Libyan leaders to put aside their differences, give priority to the common good of the nation, and participate in an honest dialogue that leads Libya towards a new pivotal moment in its history.
He also reaffirmed that the United States will continue to strengthen its partnership with all Libyans, east, west and south, as he put it.
