The Vice-Chairs of the Presidential Council, Abdullah Al-Lafi and Musa Al-Koni met with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Siddiq Al-Kabeer, on Tuesday to discuss the executive steps regarding the decision to determine the value of the levy imposed on foreign currency sales.
The parties discussed measures to correct distortions in the Libyan economy and address the consequences of their implementation.
They also reviewed financial and economic developments in the country and ways to improve living conditions amidst the rising costs of daily living, particularly during the month of Ramadan.
