Mohamed Buisier, the former political advisor of the commander of the Libyan self-styled army Khalifa Haftar said the UAE is working on having Libya under “Al Nahyan” trusteeship.

On Facebook, Buisier said UAE officials are continuing with their military and media investments in Libya, adding that the UAE managed to have a military control on some areas in Libya with financial support of over a billion dollars.

“They are also coupling up the military support with support for media with TVs and websites for their agenda in Libya.” He explained.

“They are the rich people who bet on all the horses in the race so that they can win no matter which horse is the winner.” Buisier went on to say.

He said the UAE is funding all different parties, such as the Gaddafi loyalists, military rule loyalists, liberals and the people in support of the left-wing as well as those who wish to take control of power as long as they serve the UAE’s agenda.

“Investments in Libya pay off, not because of oil, its location which is close to Europe, or other things, but because of the people will accept any party that gives them life.” Buisier added.

After being a staunch supporter of Haftar, Buisier broke ties with him and accused him of being a dictator who gasps for power to build a new tyranny and military rule in Libya.
