The Embassy of Pakistan in Tripoli hosted an event on 5 February to observe Kashmir Solidarity Day. The event was attended by a large cross-section of the Pakistani and Kashmiri diaspora based in Libya. Speaking on the occasion, the Ambassador of Pakistan to Libya Major General (Retd) Anjum Enayat, reaffirmed Pakistan’s firm support to the people of Kashmir in their just struggle for seeking their right of self-determination in accordance with the UN resolutions. He also emphasized that Pakistan is committed to seeking a just and peaceful settlement of Kashmir dispute in accordance with the aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
