The city of Benghazi will host on Monday the 3rd Libya Oil, Gas and Renewable Energy Fair, which will continue until Wednesday, November 15, at the Al-Hawari Fairgrounds.
The fair includes specialized companies in the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors, businessmen and institutions in the public and private sectors.
The event, which is organized by the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy, is a platform for companies to exchange knowledge and experiences, and establish strategic partnerships, as it provides an opportunity to meet experts and specialists in the industry, and discuss the latest trends and challenges in the field of energy, the Libya Oil Fair said in a statement on its Facebook page.
Libya is trying to integrate into the global renewable energy movement and conclude international partnerships to promote renewable energy solutions and build a sustainable environmental energy sector, the statement reads.
