The President of Libya's General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture, Mohamed Al-Raed, discussed with his Egyptian counterpart, Ahmed El Wakil, the progress of bilateral trade and the flow of goods between the two countries. 

The parties met in Cairo on the sidelines of Al-Raed's visit to Egypt, accompanied by an economic delegation comprising several Libyan business people.

During the meeting, the group debated establishing a dedicated commercial crossing point and opportunities for Egyptian participation in reconstruction projects in Libya.

The Libyan delegation invited Egyptian businessmen to visit Libya and explore investment opportunities. 

Additionally, the Libyan economic delegation toured the Giza Chamber of Commerce to enhance investment and trade cooperation, deepen economic ties, and exchange information and expertise in various sectors, including industry, tourism, transportation, energy, and agriculture.
