The Anti-Illegal Immigration Authority announced the transfer of 109 immigrants from the Ganfouda detention and deportation center in Benghazi to Al-Kufra center.

The media office of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Authority confirmed deportation of 109 illegal immigrants, including 62 of Sudanese nationality and 47 of Chadian nationality, from the Ganfouda center to Al-Kufra center in preparation for their deportation to their countries.

The Authority indicated that the immigrants were arrested during the daily campaigns carried out by the Benghazi branch within the jurisdiction, noting that some of the immigrants were infected with hepatitis, and some of them were subject to security restrictions and deportation.
