The European Union Delegation in Libya announced on Wednesday the allocation of 5 million euros to promote the elections in Libya.

The EU Delegation said in a statement that its head, Bettina Muscheidt, and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Country Director to Libya Sultan Hajiyev signed an agreement to allocate 5 million euros for the United Nations integrated electoral assistance project under the theme “Promoting Elections for the Libyan People.”
