The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has estimated the number of people displaced by the conflict in Sudan to Libya at 3,380 in more than 100 days, including 600 Libyans until July 31.

Latest data from IOM displacement matrix indicated the arrival of 3,380 displaced persons in Libya, including 2,490 Sudanese immigrants, and 600 Libyan returnees, in addition to other nationalities, 2,880 in Kufra and 500 in Umm al-Aranib.

The UN agency estimated the number of refugees hosted by the Kufra detention center at 360 displaced nationals of other countries, and Sudanese coming from Sudan, noting that these groups live in bad conditions with increasing medical needs.
