The Illegal Immigration Agency in Tripoli repatriated Wednesday 79 illegal immigrants from Burkina Faso to their country via Mitiga International Airport.
The Agency confirmed that the deportation of the migrants was carried out in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) office in Libya under the organization's voluntary repatriation program, which is designed to help illegal immigrants reach their homeland after their attempt to reach Europe was unsuccessful.
