Doctors Without Borders says at least 90 people have drowned after their boat capsized off the Libyan coast early Saturday morning. The migrants' bodies were recovered from the international waters after leaving Libya on an overcrowded boat several days ago.

The Italian state-run TV Rai 1 said the commercial carrier "Alegria 1" managed to rescue four migrants who were on board the boat in the early hours of Saturday.

The organization denounced Alegria 1 for returning the four migrants to Libya. It said the carrier ignored the organization's offers to provide medical assistance and also its call not to disembark the rescued migrants to Libya.
