The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour, participated on Wednesday, in the opening session of the meeting of foreign ministers of the Non-Aligned Movement countries in the Ugandan capital, Kampala.

Al-Baour heads the Libyan delegation participating in the foreign ministers’ meeting, which comes on the sidelines of the movement’s nineteenth summit of heads of government, which will be held next Friday and Saturday.

The Non-Aligned Movement summit, which includes broad Arab and Islamic representation, is expected to discuss the ongoing bloody Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which has exceeded 100 days and led to the death of more than 24,000 martyrs and the injury of 61,000 people, in addition to the loss of thousands.
