The Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency in Tripoli repatriated 124 migrants from Mali to their country.

The agency clarified on Facebook Tuesday that the migrants were flown back through Mitiga Airport in Tripoli to the capital of Mali Bamako in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

It also added that four of the immigrants were from the Sikka Detention Centre in Tripoli, while the rest came from other shelters.

The IOM announced last Friday the repatriation of more than ten thousand immigrants from Libya since the beginning of this year within the voluntary repatriation program.
