The Public Prosecution has ordered the detention of the head of the current accounts department at the Al-Wahda Bank - Maamoura branch for 10 years on charges of abusing his position.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office said that the Tripoli Court of Appeal found, through its investigations, that the accused used forged bank instruments for the purpose of facilitating the withdrawal of sums of money from the accounts of the Brega Oil Marketing Company.
