Brigade 444 announced Sunday the arrest of smugglers and 120 illegal immigrants during a security operation in the middle of the Libyan desert.
The Brigade said on Facebook that its units were able to target a vehicle, burn it, and seize six other vehicles after direct clashes with smugglers and outlaws.
It confirmed the arrest of all smugglers in those vehicles, and the arrest of 120 illegal immigrants of several nationalities, including Sudan, Niger, Chad, Ethiopia, and Eritrea, who were lost in the middle of the Libyan desert.
