The Criminal Court has issued a ruling to imprison the head of the Libyan mission to Uganda and the financial affairs officer for 13 months on charges of abdicating responsibility during their work in Uganda, from 2013 to 2017.
The Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the officials were charged with four charges, and the court ruled that they were guilty of two and acquitted of two others.
