The Prime Minister Abdul Hamed Dbeibah has discussed with the Ministry of Oil and Gas the measures taken regarding the development plan for the oil and gas sector.
This came during a meeting held by Dbeibah with Minister-designate Khalifa Abdel-Sadiq, during which the latter presented a briefing on the international meetings he held with a number of international institutions and oil ministers affiliated with OPEC.
Abdel-Sadiq also briefed the Prime Minister on his discussions with a number of international companies with the aim of increasing production and cooperation among the member states of the organization.
For his part, Dbeibah stressed the need to unify efforts among state institutions in order to support the Ministry to implement the tasks entrusted to it.
