The Dutch embassy in Libya launched the “ATWAR” Academy for Women’s Leadership, which aims to empower women in leadership and promote strong and flexible leaders who will shape a more comprehensive and dynamic future.
This came during the embassy’s celebration of International Women’s Day, which falls on March 8th every year, with the participation of the “ATWAR” organization, to honor inspiring women and female leaders in civil society and entrepreneurs, according to a brief statement issued by the embassy.
The embassy affirmed its support for women in Libya, "to call for equality and empowerment." “Let’s build a future where every woman’s potential is recognized and celebrated,” it added.
