The Ministry of Education has congratulated Saturday Libyan student Kholod Hamza for receiving an award for the best graduation project among 35 European countries at the International Conference on Electrical Engineering in Germany.
The Minister of Education, Osman Abdul-Jalil, expressed his civic pride on behalf of the Ministry of this achievement, which adds value to the record of scientific achievements of Libya.
Kholod received a patent for an “Intelligent Car Tracking System.” She was nominated for best introduction and lecture by the President of the European Universities Union, and named as the youngest professor of the master's degree.
