Students returned to school on Sunday across the country after the end of the first semester's holiday, the Ministry of Education of the Government of National Unity said, adding that this came in accordance with the decision of the Minister of Education No. 984 of 2024 regarding setting the dates of study and exams for the academic year 2024-2025.
According to the decision, the second semester for all non-certificate classes in the primary and secondary education stages ends on May 8, while the final exams for the second semester for all non-certificate classes will be held on May 11.
The first-term exams for the primary education completion certificate are scheduled to begin on May 25, while the first semester's exams for the secondary education completion certificate will begin on June 22.
