Acting Foreign Minister of the Government of National Unity (GNU), Taher Al-Baour, met with several European Union ambassadors accredited to Libya to discuss the latest political developments.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting addressed the concerns and interests of EU countries regarding developments in Libya, the human rights situation, and illegal migration.

For his part, Al-Baour reaffirmed the GNU commitment to supporting efforts to enhance security and stability, as well as its pursuit of ensuring respect for human rights in accordance with international conventions and applicable laws. 

He also emphasized that these efforts aim to strengthen cooperation with international partners across various fields.
