Foreign Minister Najla Al-Manqoush on Tuesday discussed with the UN Deputy Special Representative and Resident Coordinator for Humanitarian Affairs in Libya, Georgette Gagnon, efforts to follow up on the conditions of the displaced.
Al-Manqoush's meeting with the UN official comes as the General Assembly holds a session to mark Refugee Day.
Discussions touched upon the UN framework for cooperation on sustainable development and the progress made at this end.
They also reviewed preparations for holding the high-level meeting in Tripoli to unify efforts under the umbrella of sustainable development.
