Libyan Army Spokesman, Mohamed Ganunu, said: “Haftar’s talk about holding dialogue is a forerunner of impending treachery and an obvious ruse to gain time to plot his miserable endeavor to secure a position, and is easily discernible, even in the minds of simpletons”.

Ganunu said in a press briefing that the Libyan Army forces would never allow a repeat of the mass graves, which occurred in Tarhuna and southern Tripoli, adding that the Libyan Army intends to extend its control over the base of Al-Jufra, where its aircraft will depart to control all Libyan territory.

He added that the Government of National Accord continues to encourage dialogue with all those who were not a party to war crimes or destruction of infrastructure, private property and businesses.
